Yesterday, a co-worker asked if I'd seen the video for "California Gurls". After confirming that he meant the recent song by Katy Perry, I admitted that I had not. I've intended to do so, but hadn't gotten around to it yet.

Or course, the subject refers to this classic. There have been more Orangina ads since. (I have to ration myself to only watching one every so often, lest I catch Teh Furry.)

I am a premature anti-Francophile. That is, I've hated the French since at least the Libyan bombing raid of '86, well before it was stylish to hate them and call everything "Freedom" whatnot.

This clip is an add for a French orange drink. It was running around everywhere a week or two ago, so you may have seen it. It is the ultimate drug hallucination of a furry. Any country that produces something this surreal commands my respect.
