CPAP, Night 4

This time I tried the nasal pillows. It will take some practice to get them adjusted so that I don't knock them loose during the night. My lip doesn't hurt, and I feel just as rested as the previous nights. I'm marking this down in the win column. I'll see what the readouts say Thursday morning, but I'm planning to stick with these for the two remaining nights.

A Word of Caution

If you're going to use nasal pillows (and I do, rotating between them, the nasal mask, and the full face mask), this product will give you a better seal AND will reduce irritation from the constant airflow.

Do NOT use "Ayr Saline Gel with Soothing Aloe." It may have aloe, but it ain't soothing.

Stick to the Rhinaris.

I'm telling you.

And yes, nasal pillows rock my world. Among other things.
